
We want to keep you in the picture and hear what you have to say. We will consult with you about major improvements to your home or estate, on community issues, on our services and improvements to those services. Asking your opinion through consultation may be done in a number of ways:
We will also ensure that we feedback the results of our consultation and make positive changes in the way we provide services.
By being involved with your local Residents Group or by contacting your TRC representative you can give your views on the services we provide. We also want to encourage a wide range of community activities so just let us have your ideas for a new group or activity.
Residents' Groups represent the views of local people and can influence decisions. If you would like to start a local group and want more information contact your Housing Manager who will help and support you. We are keen to support and encourage other community groups across a wide variety of interests and leisure activities again contact us directly and we can provide advice, support and funding.
We consult with the TRC about issues affecting you, including modernising your home, rent levels and how homes are allocated. TRC Members work with us as a consultative body. TRC Members can support and assist you by:

We also have a Resident Services Committee whose focus is on improving our delivery across the range of customer services.
We offer a volunteer support and development package to anyone who gets involved. This includes free training opportunities, out of pocket expenses, childcare, and incentives.
