To report problems with fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, emergency lights, warden call systems and door entry systems call JG Communications on
If you have a gas leak call
We aim to fix problems as quickly as possible but obviously some are more urgent than others. Your problem will be assessed straight away and you will be advised how quickly someone will call.
Please phone if the repair is an emergency. It's easy to report a repair online. Please note that any repairs reported online at the weekend or overnight will not be logged until the next working day.
