Induction
Our training and development is supported by a comprehensive induction programme. This provides clear guidance ensuring that all new staff understand their role and the culture of the company. This is followed up by an effective appraisal system to identify and address our employees’ needs.
Board members and Tenants Representative Committee members are also offered a range of training and awareness sessions to help them fulfil their roles.
