However, like many other organisations we’re currently affected by staff shortages, and the ongoing national problems around supply chains and sourcing of some materials. This means that some of our services may be taking longer than usual. Please be assured that we’re continuing to prioritise urgent repair issues and service requests.
We know from your feedback through satisfaction surveys and complaints how important it is to keep you up to date when there are unavoidable delays to our services, for example repairs or property improvement programmes.
We’re working to improve our processes so that we’re able to automatically notify you of delays to outstanding repairs or improvements to your property. We have recently written to update residents with outstanding fencing and roofing repairs. During the next few weeks we will be contacting residents who have received confirmation from us that their home is due for a kitchen or bathroom replacement.
