Our corporate strategy 2021-24 has just been published on our website, you can find it on our strategies page.
It outlines the four priorities we want to achieve:
- Great customer experience
- Great social impact
- Great homes and places
- Great place to work
In addition to the four priorities, the strategy contains thirteen objectives to ensure local focus across our services. The objectives will be met through actions in our delivery plan and team plans which staff work towards as they carry out their day to day roles.
The delivery plan is reviewed annually to ensure it upholds our legal obligations and reflects what matters most to our customers.
