The resident scrutiny panel undertakes in-depth service reviews and makes recommendations to Town & Country Housing Group’s (TCHG’s) Board to improve services for all residents. To date, the panel has reviewed the following services and made over 100 recommendations to the TCHG Board which have now been implemented:
- Customer services
- Responsive repairs
- Void standard
- Grounds maintenance service
- Money support service
- Responsive gas services
Most recently, the panel reviewed the planned repairs and maintenance service and will make their recommendations to the TCHG Board in February 2019.
The next service review will commence in early 2019. It is very important that all residents have the opportunity to influence the services selected for scrutiny by the panel.
