Together with TenantsTogether with Tenants logo

Town & Country Housing has signed up the Together with Tenants initiative because we want to improve how we work with residents to design and review our services. We also want to make sure we’re always really clear about what you can expect from us as your landlord.

Look out for the logo – we’ll use it on documents and communication so you know that we want to hear your views. We’ll also use it when we’re telling you about the difference that residents’ views have made to how we deliver our services. There’s already lots of ways you can get involved and we’re always keen to hear your views or new ideas for involving residents . You can give us feedback, or call 01892 50480 or email helen.charles@tch.org.uk with you ideas.

Working/Focus Groups & Forums

Satisfaction Surveys

Everyone can be involved

Being involved doesn’t have to be about attending a meeting or event. Each time residents share feedback, it is used to review and shape future services. In other words, every time a resident responds to a customer satisfaction survey, gives feedback or makes a complaint, their views are considered by the appropriate team to understand if we need to review or change a service element or extend positive practice.

The regular email newsletter, available to all residents with an email address, is also used to advertise consultation opportunities or seek feedback via short surveys.

Resident involvement in Town & Country’s governance.

Resident Board members – there are two resident representatives on the Town & Country Board. The Board oversees the activities of the Group and makes sure we work in the best interests of our customers. Its members are selected for the wide range of knowledge and skills they offer. Resident Board member vacancies are advertised as they arise.
