Have your say on sheltered housing services

Our Sheltered Panel usually meets four times a year to discuss operational and strategic issues which directly affect sheltered housing residents. Meetings are on hold at the moment because of the pandemic but we’re monitoring the situation and will reinstate the panel at the point that we’ve assessed it to be safe and residents are comfortable with meeting face to face again.

We are always looking for sheltered housing residents to join this friendly panel. We often have guest speakers to discuss services in person. Alongside this group, we usually also hold regular residents’ meetings in our sheltered schemes, where residents have an opportunity to discuss services directly with a member of our team and be informed about any consultation work we have coming up and how to get involved. Together with residents we’ll also assess when it’s a good time to restart these face to face meetings.

We’re hoping to involve all sheltered residents in a consultation about our service standards later in the year.
