Learn more about resident scrutiny

TCH will be participating in National Scrutiny Week from 27 – 31 July, hosted by national resident involvement experts TPAS. The week will celebrate residents and landlords working in partnership to scrutinise and improve services.

TPAS promote, support and champion resident involvement and empowerment in social housing. TCH is a member of TPAS which means you are invited to join the virtual events for FREE.

National Scrutiny Week is a great opportunity to learn more about resident scrutiny at TCH and how the scrutiny process works in other similar organisations There will be live panel debates, question and answer sessions and webinars.

The TCH resident scrutiny panel was established in 2014 and exists to improve services for all residents. There are currently ten panel members (eight tenants & two shared owners). To date, the panel have completed eight service reviews and are currently reviewing the service charge process. 119 service improvement recommendations have been completed and implemented since the scrutiny panel started, including all Board approved recommendations from the first five service reviews.
