Under the UK Data Protection law relating to personal data, Town and Country Housing has a legal duty to regularly check that residents’ contact information is up to date.
From Thursday 17th June, we will be introducing a change in MyHomeOnline to enable us to meet this requirement.
When you next log into MyHomeOnline after this date, you will be requested to either confirm that your contact details are correct or if they are not, to update them. Once you have done this, you will not be asked to confirm them again for a period of two years.
However, it is important that if any of your contact details change within that two year period you still need to make the necessary amendments to keep your records up to date.
In order to make this change, MyHomeOnline will be unavailable on the evening of Wednesday 16th June. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for supporting us to help keep your personal data current.
