Neighbourhoods Team Leader

The role is responsible for the day to day management of the Neighbourhood Team, monitoring their performance, setting objectives and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators.

The post will also manage a patch of properties, undertake home visits and interviews to advise and resolve housing management issues and monitor low-level anti-social behaviour cases.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of managing and leading a team with the ability to motivate staff through a change management process.

Experience of providing an effective housing management service will be key, as will the skills to improve service delivery and achieve KPI targets.  You will have an excellent understanding of housing, tenancy and other related legislation and how these impact on the delivery of social housing provision.

Salary: £37,500 per annum
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours:  Full time, 37 hours per week (permanent)
Closing Date: Friday 25 January 2019
