Our roadmap to post Covid services

On Monday 12 April we entered step two of the Government’s four-step roadmap out of lockdown. This means we’ll now be slowly resuming more customer facing services. Below is our roadmap showing what you can expect.

The main changes you’ll see during this phase are a gradual return to our property improvement programmes and an increase in the number of day to day repair jobs carried out.

We’re aware that the past year has had a huge impact on everyone. Our aim is to move away from Covid restrictions at a comfortable pace and in line with government changes.

As we enter each new step of the government’s roadmap, you will see more of our usual services returning. We’ll keep you updated as things change. We will listen to residents’ views and lessons learned during the Covid restrictions to create an updated service offer looking at which services work best face to face and what works well digitally
