Following a continued review to improve our services, we are considering closing our reception at Monson House, Tunbridge Wells, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Opening hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday would remain unchanged, with reception services available between 8.30am and 1pm.
We currently only get a very small number of callers to our reception each day. Numbers have fallen since more residents are using MyHomeOnline, our 24/7 quick and easy-to-use online customer portal. Find out more about MyHomeOnline here.
We believe that time spent providing the reception services could be much more effectively used elsewhere. Closing reception will mean more customer service support available to answer queries coming through channels that are available to all our residents, like MyHomeOnline, webchat and through our customer call centre.
