Bob Heapy

Chief Executive

Bob is responsible for the effective operation, control and management of all our activities. Bob ensures that our residents are at the heart of what we do and that we provide excellent and cost effective services. He also ensures that we grow in a controlled and sustainable way, work in partnership to build successful communities and provide good value for money.

Jo Ellis

Operations Director

Jo has overall responsibility for the delivery of housing management services to our residents; this includes specialist services for our older and vulnerable residents via our Housing Options support team. She ensures that our residents receive a high quality repairs service delivered by Countrywise and Mears and that all health and safety contracts are administered correctly. Jo takes special interest in the Group’s charitable subsidiary Foundation, Community Development projects and leads the Group’s Resident Engagement activities.

Colin Lissenden

Development Director

Colin has 20 years experience in the development and construction industry. As Development Director, he has responsibility for the Group’s new home programme, asset management, rationalisation, and regeneration. Colin also heads up the commercial division of the Group, Love Living, which encompasses a private sale and rented portfolio.

Mike Hyams

Regional Finance Director

Mike’s role is to lead the Finance Department, ensuring we provide an efficient and an effective financial service to our stakeholders. This includes reporting our financial performance to the Board, Management team and external stakeholders.

Stuart Ilsley

Head of Service Transformation

Stuart’s role is to develop and implement suitable business transformation strategies to respond to internal and external drivers, challenge existing practice and identify new and better ways of working.

Helen Charles

Head of Tenancy Sustainment and Consumer Regulation

Helen is responsible for the design and delivery of services, so that we have an appropriate service offer, for those tenants who are unable to engage with us through a digital platform. She is also reviewing services to ensure that our service offer complies with regulatory requirements.

Caroline Jacques

Head of HR and People Development

Caroline has responsibility for HR, People Development and Payroll and Benefits. Her focus is to develop and deliver an effective HR Strategy and associated plans and policies which support the Group’s overall strategic priorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Roy Hartnup

Head of Information and Communication Technology

Roy is responsible for the day to day running of the ICT Department. His roles include the production and implementation of the Group’s ICT Strategy; the delivery of ICT projects and systems; and the security and management of the network.

Elspeth Brown

Head of Contracts & Compliance

Elspeth leads on the delivery of our joint venture responsive repairs and voids service, with a focus on customer service as well as health and safety. She is also responsible for ensuring our service and compliance contracts are administered correctly.

Jackie Sumner

Head of Community Investment

Jackie heads up the community investment activities of Town and Country with a focus on establishing strategic partnerships, new ways of working with the voluntary and community sector and creating community based solutions to long standing societal issues.

Richard Brothers

Programme Manager

Richard manages the Asset Investment Team and leads on the Asset Management Strategy and asbestos management policy and procedure.

Keith Cane

Regional Operations Manager - East Kent

Keith’s role is to ensure that residents in east and north Kent receive responsive, high quality housing and neighbourhood services, and to build effective relationships with local authorities and other agencies in these areas. He also has lead responsibility for income management including our response to welfare benefit reform.

Stefan Polom

Regional Operations Manager Operations

Stefan's role is to ensure that residents in west Kent receive responsive, high quality housing and neighbourhood services, and to build effective relationships with local authorities and other agencies in these areas. Stefan has the lead responsibility for the Customer Service and Sheltered Housing teams and Complaints. He is also involved in implementing and delivering our service redesign plan as part of the senior management team and ensure our housing service delivery in all areas is efficient and effective.

Llana Harvey

Head of Love Living Homes

Llana manages the sale of outright and shared ownership new build properties. She also manage the resales, staircase, RTB, RTA and the RTHB programme.
