Since “Storm Eunice”, we’ve had a lot of fencing repair jobs reported. We’re making progress and working to get these fixed as quickly as possible, but we do understand that missing fencing can be very inconvenient.

The contractors supporting us with these fencing repairs have been experiencing resourcing and supply chain issues, causing further delays.

To help speed up the repairs, we are bringing some work back in house and our own teams will be carrying out the repairs.

We’re sorry that some residents have not been given a date for when their fence will be fixed.  If you’re still waiting for an update please bear with us, we’re aiming to be in touch within the next four weeks to confirm when your repair will be completed.

Please note that under our fencing policy we don’t always replace your fencing on a like for like basis. Privacy panels close to properties are always provided but some other fencing will be chain link.
