What happens at the beginning of the tenancy?

If you moved in to one of our social rented properties, we will visit you around six weeks of you moving in to ensure everything is as it should be and answer any questions you may have. We will check that you have registered for your utilities and council tax and that you have registered with My Home Online Customer Portal.

If you have moved in to one of our Sheltered Scheme, we will visit you on the following working day of moving in to answer questions, explain the scheme systems, laundry, fire safety etc.

If you have supplied us with your email address you will start to receive Home Matters and Money Matters emails, these are aimed at sharing information about managing your home and money.
